Tasks

• In this role, you will take responsibility for the performance of your team and ensure that operational targets are achieved.
• Sie sichern eine kundenorientierte Schadenbearbeitung - auch in komplexen Fällen - und bringen Ihr fachliches Know-how aktiv ein.
• Dabei schaffen Sie klare Strukturen, organisieren Abläufe effizient und fördern Ihre Mitarbeitenden.
• Mitunter können Sie intern wie extern die Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Division aktiv - durch die Teilnahme an strategischen und operativen Workshops.

Requirements

• You have a federal certificate in insurance or at least equivalent training.
• You have several years of professional experience in the claims area.
• Sie sind im Führungsstand, haben im Idealfall bereits ein Team geleitet und verstehen es, Entscheidungen zu treffen.
• You are proficient in the usual IT tools (MS Office).
• Your mother tongue is German. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
