Group Manager Claims German-speaking Switzerland (m/f/d) 80-100%

Tasks

• In this role, you will take responsibility for the performance of your team and ensure that operational targets are achieved.
• Ensure professional, customer-oriented claims management - even in complex cases - and actively contribute your specialist know-how.
• Create clear structures, organize processes efficiently and develop your employees in a targeted manner.
• Together with your team, you will optimize the processes and partial performance of our claims processing.
• You maintain a lively exchange across departments.
• Contribute to the further development of your division - through your participation in strategic and operational workshops.

Requirements

• You have a federal certificate in insurance or at least equivalent training.
• You have several years of professional experience in the claims area.
• You are in a leadership role, ideally have already led a team and know how to make decisions.
• You are proficient in the usual IT tools (MS Office).
• Your mother tongue is German. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
