Job description

The AI Platform Delivery team lead (all genders) is responsible for embedding AI governance and EU AI Act requirements into daily operations and translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions. They are building a low-code development team of three members, strengthening collaboration with business units, and managing external partners with clarity and trust.

Requirements

* You bring a modern approach to leadership and confidently navigate diverse stakeholder landscapes * You have in-depth technical experience with modern AI systems, LLM stacks, MLOps, analytics, and platform technologies * You work in a structured manner, apply agile methods independently, and maintain a clear focus on priorities and goals even in challenging situations * You can quickly grasp complex technical requirements and translate them into sustainable, scalable, and adaptable technical solutions * You act with a strong sense of responsibility for safe, fair, and resource-efficient AI, and consistently prioritize transparency, sustainability, and bias minimization
