BTV Vier Länder Bank AG is looking for a Group Manager AI Platform Delivery (all genders). What you can expect: * You will responsibly anchor AI governance and EU AI Act requirements in everyday life and translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions * You will build a low-code development team with 3 team members, strengthen cooperation with specialist departments, and manage external partners with clarity and confidence

Requirements

What you bring to the table: * You have a modern understanding of leadership and can confidently navigate diverse stakeholder landscapes * You have in-depth technical experience with modern AI systems, LLM stacks, MLOps, architecture, and platform technologies * You work in a structured manner, use agile methods independently, and keep a clear eye on priorities and goals even in challenging situations * You can quickly grasp complex technical requirements and translate them into sustainable, scalable, and expandable technical solutions * You act with a high sense of responsibility for secure, fair, and resource-efficient AI and consistently pay attention to transparency, sustainability, and bias minimization

We offer

This position is subject to the collective agreement for bank employees and bankers. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3,612.55 gross per month for full-time employment. Remuneration is based on current market developments and takes into account your qualifications and experience. Experience diversity.
