Tasks

• You responsibly anchor AI governance and EU AI Act requirements in everyday life and translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
• You will build a low-code development team with three team members, strengthen collaboration with specialist departments, and manage external partners with clarity and confidence.

Requirements

• You bring a modern understanding of leadership and navigate confidently through diverse stakeholder landscapes.
• You have in-depth technical experience with modern AI systems, LLM stacks, MLOps, and platform technologies.
• You work in a structured manner, use agile methods independently, and keep a clear focus on priorities and goals even in challenging situations.
• You can quickly grasp complex technical requirements and translate them into sustainable, scalable, and technical solutions.
• They act with a high sense of responsibility for secure, fair, and resource-efficient AI and consistently focus on transparency, sustainability, and bias minimization.
