Group Manager, AI Platform Delivery (all genders)

Tasks

• You responsibly anchor AI governance and EU AI Act requirements in everyday life and translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
• You will build a low-code development team with three team members, strengthen collaboration with specialist departments, and manage external partners with clarity and confidence.

Requirements

• You bring a modern understanding of leadership and navigate confidently through diverse stakeholder landscapes.
• You have extensive technical experience with modern AI systems, LLM stacks, MLOps, architecture, and platform technologies
• You work in a structured manner, use agile methods as a matter of course, and keep a clear focus on priorities and goals even in challenging situations
• You can quickly grasp complex technical requirements and translate them into sustainable, scalable, and comprehensive technical solutions
• They operate with a strong sense of responsibility toward safe, fair, and risk-aware AI, and consistently prioritize transparency, sustainability, and the minimization of bias
