Job description

Tasks

• Implementation and further development of the sustainability strategy and the project to strengthen sustainability performance
• Ensuring sustainability management in accordance with recognized standards
• Weighing up the interests of the company in accordance with ISO 14000
• Coordination and further development of sustainability disclosure in line with the stages relevant to finance such as GRI, TCFD, UNEP-FI Principles for Responsible Banking and the requirements of E.S.G rating agencies
• Management of a small team of sustainability specialists

Requirements

• Completed Master's degree
• Several years of management experience
• Several years of professional experience in the field of corporate responsibility and sustainability, preferably in the financial services industry
• Proven expertise in sustainability guidelines, ratings and certification systems relevant to financial institutions, such as UNPRI, UNEP-FI P8R, GRI Standard, TCFD recommendations, ISO 26000 or ISO 14000
• Implementation and solution-oriented personality with initiative, assertiveness and high learning and performance capacity in the context of a dynamically developing topic
