Tasks

• Implementation and further development of the sustainability strategy and the Progress
• Ensuring sustainability management in accordance with recognized standards such as GRI, TCFD, UNEPFI Principles for Responsible Banking ISO14001
• Coordination and further development of the sustainability offering in consultation with the specialist departments and internal and external partners
• Management of a small team of sustainability specialists and agencies

Requirements

• Completed Master's degree
• Several years of management experience
• Several years of professional experience in the field of corporate responsibility and sustainability, preferably in the financial sector
• Proven expertise in sustainability guidelines, ratings and certification systems relevant to sustainability issues such as UNPRI, UNEPFI PRI, GRI, TCFD recommendations, ISO26000 or ISO14001
• Implementation and solution-oriented personality with initiative, assertiveness, high learning and performance ability in the context of a dynamically developing topic
