Group Manager, Data Management & Engineering

Tasks

• You promote a data-driven approach throughout the company by defining standards, facilitating training, and encouraging active communication.
• You work closely with specialist departments, IT, and external partners, creating a strong, cross-functional data ecosystem through clear coordination, transparent management, and collaborative work.

Requirements

• You have a deep understanding of data governance, data architecture, and data analytics, and can confidently implement these concepts in complex corporate environments.
• You have the ability to structure and prioritize heterogeneous data landscapes and translate them into company-wide standards, role models, and processes.
• You possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills and are comfortable working across departments, technology, and governance
• You lead your team members with professional expertise, clarity, and empathy, and are skilled at effectively communicating technical and subject-specific developments
• You are familiar with data protection regulations such as DORA, the EU AI Act, and the GDPR, and can identify specific data protection initiatives, technical measures, and robust processes
