Group Manager, Data Management & Engineering

Tasks

• You promote a data-driven approach throughout the company by defining standards, facilitating training, and encouraging active communication.
• You work closely with specialist departments, IT, and external partners, creating a strong, cross-functional data ecosystem through clear coordination, transparent management, and collaborative work.

Requirements

• You have a deep understanding of data governance, data architecture, and data analytics, and can confidently implement these concepts in complex corporate environments.
• You have the ability to structure and prioritize heterogeneous data landscapes and translate them into company-wide standards, role models, and processes.
• You have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills and are comfortable working across departments, technology, and governance.
• You lead your team members with professional strength, clarity, and empathy, and are skilled at effectively communicating technical and professional developments.
• You are familiar with regulatory requirements for data protection, DORA, the EU AI Act, and banking-specific regulations, and have an overview of specific initiatives, technical measures, and viable processes relevant to data protection.

We offer

• The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3,612.55 gross per month for full-time employment.
• The terms of service are based on your individual market value and experience.
