Facilities Manager: Logistics
AEK Service AG is looking for a dedicated individual to join its team as a caretaker, assisting with maintenance work, repairs, and logistical tasks. The position offers a varied role in a small team with attractive benefits and a flexible working environment.
Job description: Caretaker: Logistics 80–100%
Tasks
- Support with maintenance work and repairs to building equipment and building services installations
- Management of janitorial vehicles, machinery, equipment, and consumables
- Assistance with internal logistics tasks
- Performance of work for winter road maintenance
- Performing occasional on-call and weekend duties in the evenings or on weekends
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, preferably in the field of building maintenance
- Experience in building maintenance (willingness to undergo further training as a building maintenance technician with federal certification, if necessary)
- Quality-conscious and service-oriented personality
- Craftsmanship
- Fast, accurate, structured, and independent way of working
- Driver's license category B, ideally with trailer test
