The HCM Workday Specialist will be based at Man Group in London to support transformations in the People/HR area and deliver technology solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and operation of people systems such as Workday HCM.

HCM Workday Specialist in London.Tasks
* Design, configuration, and implementation of new people systems, including ESS, recruitment, and standalone tools * Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to develop change initiatives, system roadmaps, and requirements * Providing analysis, solutions, and program requirements, including specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers * Overseeing the evaluation and execution of test programs and developing test cases for the overall quality assurance process * Implementing best practices for scalability, sustainability, maintainability, and system performance * Experience leading teams through significant changeRequirements
Essential: * Extensive experience with the configuration and optimization of Workday HCM Absence Management & Time Tracking, Core HCM, Talent Management, and Security modules * Experience with system integration, with Workday HCM as the key system * Previous role in a people function where significant changes were successfully implemented, knowledge and experience with HRIS systems * Experience leading technical and non-technical work streams to implement technology-enabled human resource transformation programs and learning about new technologies to transform people functions of the future * Experience working in a technology-enabled human resource transformation Advantageous: * Previous experience with the Greenhouse DMS talent acquisition tool * Previous experience successfully delivering AI use casesWe offer
