The position as HCM Workday Specialist involves carrying out transformation projects within the personnel/human resources function and supporting the operation of Workday technology applications.Tasks
- Design, configuration, and implementation of new HR systems, including Workday HCM, recruitment, and talent tools - Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to develop change initiatives, system roadmaps, and requirements - Defining analysis, design, and program requirements, specifications, data mapping diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers - Overseeing the delivery of test procedures and developing test cases for quality assurance - Implementing best practices for scalability, sustainability, maintainability, and system performance - Experience leading teams through significant changeRequirements
Essential:- Extensive experience with configuring and optimizing Workday HCM, particularly Absence Management & Time Tracking, Core HRM, Talent Management, and Security modules
- Experience with Workday, with a strong focus on implementation
- Previous role in human resources, where significant changes were successfully implemented, with an understanding of what looks "good"
- Knowledge and experience with HR processes and systems
- Exposure to technology and desire to work in a technology-enabled HR transformation program and learn how technology is changing the HR departments of the future
- Previous experience with the talent acquisition tool Greenhouse CRM
- Previous experience with the successful implementation of HR use cases
