HCM Workday Specialist

Man Group is seeking an HCM Workday Specialist who will be responsible for the implementation and operation of Workday systems in the Human Resources department. The successful candidate should have experience with Workday HCM, HRIS, and other HR systems and be able to lead teams through significant change.

Job description

The position as HCM Workday Specialist involves implementing transformation projects within the personnel/human resources function and supporting the operation of technology applications.

Role and responsibilities

The role includes:
  • Configuration, implementation, and handover of HR systems, including SDP, recruitment, and talent tools
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop change initiatives, system roadmaps, and requirements
  • Analysis, prioritization, and organization of requirements, specifications, data mappings, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers
  • Creation and/or improvement of test processes and development of test cases for overall quality assurance
  • Implementation of best practices for scalability, sustainability, maintainability, and system performance
  • Experience in leading teams through significant change

Requirements

Essential requirements:
  • Extensive experience with configuring and optimizing Workday HCM, absence management and time tracking, core HRM, talent management, and benefits modules
  • Experience with system integrations with Workday HCM, HRIS, or other HR systems
  • Previous role in human resources, where significant changes were successfully implemented
  • Knowledge and experience in human resource process design with an understanding of end-to-end business processes
  • Exposure to technology and desire to work in technology-enabled human resource transformation programs and learn how technology will change the HR departments of the future
Advantageous requirements:
  • Previous experience with the talent acquisition tool Greenhouse CRM
  • Previous experience in successfully implementing HR use cases
