HCM Workday Specialist

Tasks

• Configure, customize, and maintain Workday People Systems, including P&P, recruitment, time tracking, and other related tools.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop change initiatives, system roadmaps, and requirements
• Perform analysis, data, and program management; create specifications, data mapping diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers
• Monitoring the overall execution of test procedures and developing test cases for the overall quality assurance process
• Implementation of testing practices for scalability, sustainability, maintainability, and system performance
• Experience in leading teams through significant change

Requirements

Essential

• Extensive experience with configuring and optimizing Workday HCM Absence Management & Time Tracking, Core HRM, Talent Management, and Security modules
• Experience with system integrations with various HRIS
• Previous role in human resources, where significant changes were successfully implemented, with an understanding of end-to-end tools and data, and experience in implementing change initiatives.
• Experience with technology and data to work in technology-enabled HR transformation programs and learn how technology is changing the HR departments of the future

Advantageous

• Previous experience with the talent acquisition tool Greenhouse CRM
• Previous experience with the successful implementation of AI use cases
