HCM Workday Specialist in London.

Tasks

* Development of configurations and setup of Workday technology systems, including EPP, recruitment, and talent tools * Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to develop change initiatives, system roadmaps, and requirements * Development, analysis, and prioritization of system requirements for developers and testers * Responsibility for designing and executing test programs and developing test cases for overall quality assurance * Implementation of best practices for scalability, sustainability, maintainability, and system performance * Experience leading teams through significant change

Requirements

* Experience with configuring and optimizing Workday HCM Absence Management & Time Working, Core HRM, Talent Management, and Security modules * Experience with Workday and comprehensive knowledge of HRIS * Previous role in an HR department where significant changes were successfully implemented * Knowledge and experience with human resource processes and understanding of end-to-end HR processes * Experience working in technology and/or delivery teams to work on technology-enabled human resource transformation programs and learn how technology fits into the future of HR operations * Experience leading teams
