HCM Workday Specialist

The HCM Workday Specialist is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HR systems such as Workday HCM and supports the implementation of change projects within the HR department. The ideal candidate has experience with Workday HCM, particularly with the Absence Management, Core HCM, Talent Management, and Security modules.

Tasks

- Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot core HR systems, including ERP, recruiting and talent tools, management information and data visualization tools, and other technology solutions in the people technology ecosystem - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver change initiatives, system implementations, and enhancements, and contribute to defining the roadmap in the people technology ecosystem - Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirements specifications, data mapping diagrams, and flowcharts for development and technology - Define and coordinate the execution of test procedures and develop test cases to support the overall test strategy - Implement best practices for scalability, sustainability, maintainability, and system performance - Experience leading teams through significant change

Requirements

  • Significant experience with the implementation and optimization of Workday HCM Absence Management & Time Tracking, Core HCM, Talent Management, and Security modules
  • Experience with reporting within Workday HCM
  • Previous role in which significant changes were successfully implemented
  • Strong role in a people-technology function where significant changes were implemented, with knowledge of what looks "good"
  • Knowledge and experience with human resource process design, with an understanding of what looks "good"
Advantages:

  • Previous experience in successfully delivering HR technology solutions
