Head of Business Management, Private Clients

Tasks

As Head of Business Management for Private Clients, you will report directly to the Head of Private Clients for the entire bank and will have primary responsibility for managing this central and highly profitable business unit. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and developing central and bank-wide initiatives in the private client segment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and implementation of measures to further develop the retail banking segment
• Report to the Head of Private Clients, Bank-wide
• Coordination Office within the Private Clients Management Team
• Management of specialists in the areas of Executive Analysis, Operational Risk, Private Clients, and Branch/Concierge Services

Requirements

You should have the following:

• At least 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in retail banking
• Business management experience
• Bachelor's degree (university, university of applied sciences) in business administration
• German (business fluent)
• Several years of experience in business management and sales management, ideally with leadership experience
• Experience in stakeholder management and working with C-level executives
• Proven ability to analyze, optimize, and successfully implement complex business processes
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Sales experience in retail and affluent banking (processes, offerings, market, competencies)
