Head of Business Management, Private Clients
Migros Bank is looking for a Head of Business Management Private Clients who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and designing central and bank-wide activities in the private client segment. The successful candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in private client business and proven leadership experience in the areas of business management and sales management.
Tasks
As Head of Business Management Private Clients, you will report directly to the Head of Private Clients for the entire bank and play a key role in the successful management of this central and highly profitable business unit. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and design of central and bank-wide projects in the private client segment. You will be responsible for:- Planning and implementation of measures for the further development of the private customer segment, reporting to the Head of Private Customers for the entire bank
- Coordination office in the Private Clients Management Team
- Personnel management by specialists in the areas of executive analysis/operational risk Private clients and estate planning concierge services
- Operational support for strategically relevant organizational development projects and responsibility for the private client budget
- Representing the interests of private client business in selected committees and projects
Requirements
You have the following qualifications and experience:- At least 10 years, including at least 3 years in private customer business
- Bachelor's degree (university, university of applied sciences) in business administration
- German (business fluent)
- Several years of experience in business management and sales management, ideally with leadership experience
- Experience in stakeholder management and working with C-level executives
- Proven ability to analyze, optimize, and successfully implement complex business processes
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Sales experience in retail and affluent banking (processes, offerings, market, competencies)
