Head of Business Management, Private Clients

Tasks

As Head of Business Management Private Clients, you will report directly to the Head of Private Clients for the entire bank and play a key role in the successful management of this central and highly profitable business unit. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and design of central and bank-wide projects in the private client segment. You will be responsible for:

• Planning and implementation of measures for the further development of the private customer segment, reporting to the Head of Private Customers for the entire bank
• Coordination office in the Private Clients Management Team
• Personnel management by specialists in the areas of executive analysis/operational risk Private clients and estate planning concierge services
• Operational support for strategically relevant organizational development projects and responsibility for the private client budget
• Representing the interests of private client business in selected committees and projects

Requirements

You have the following qualifications and experience:

• At least 10 years, including at least 3 years in private customer business
• Bachelor's degree (university, university of applied sciences) in business administration
• German (business fluent)
• Several years of experience in business management and sales management, ideally with leadership experience
• Experience in stakeholder management and working with C-level executives
• Proven ability to analyze, optimize, and successfully implement complex business processes
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Sales experience in retail and affluent banking (processes, offerings, market, competencies)
