Head of Business Management, Private Clients

Tasks

As Head of Business Management Private Clients, you will report directly to the Head of Private Clients Overall Clients and provide support and assistance. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating central and decentralized issues in the private client segment. Your tasks will include:

• Planning and implementation of measures for the further development of the private customer segment, reporting to Head of Private Customers, Overall Customers
• Coordination office in the Private Clients Management Team
• Personnel management by specialists / Executive Advisory / Operational Risk Private Clients division and promotion of young talent

Requirements

You meet the following requirements:

• At least 10 years, including at least 3 years in private customer business
• Bachelor's degree (university, university of applied sciences) Business Administration
• German (business fluent)
• Several years of experience in business management and sales management, ideally with leadership experience
• Experience in stakeholder management and working with C-level executives
• Proven ability to analyze, optimize, and successfully implement complex business processes
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Negotiation skills in retail and affluent banking (private clients)
