Job description

Core tasks

• You open pension accounts and vested benefits accounts
• You mutate client data in Avaloq
• You provide high-quality answers to inquiries from our internal customers and thus support our customer service department in opening up new customer relationships
• You work on the implementation of innovations and process adjustments
• You create process and work instructions
• You support the implementation of system tests (release and functional tests)

Requirements

• You have a commercial degree, preferably a banking qualification
• You already have several years of experience in the customer data area of a financial services provider
• You know the legal and statutory requirements for banks
• You already have proven experience as a data protection officer, preferably in the areas of CDB, GwG and GwV
• You already have initial management experience or are ready to take over as a successor
