Head Client Opening

Your tasks

• You will be responsible for the personnel and technical management of the Client Opening team (6 employees)
• You check client relationships of natural and legal persons in accordance with CDB, GwG and internal guidelines
• You complete the openings in the Client Onboarding Tool (COB) and in the Avaloq core banking system
• You open pension accounts and vested benefits accounts
• You mutate customer master data in Avaloq
• You provide high-quality answers to inquiries from our internal customers and thus support our customer service department in opening up new customer relationships
• You work on the implementation of innovations and process adjustments
• You create process and work instructions
• You support the implementation of system tests (release and functional tests)

Requirements

• You have a commercial degree, preferably a banking qualification
• You already have several years of experience in the area of customer master data at a financial services provider
• You know the legal and statutory requirements for banks
• You already have proven practical experience, preferably in the areas of CDB, GwG and GwV
• You already have initial management experience
• You have the ability to continuously inspire, encourage and challenge your employees
• You are a committed, resilient and team-oriented person
• You are used to working independently and also know how to assert yourself
• In-depth knowledge of written and spoken French and/or English rounds off your profile
