Vontobel is seeking a Head of Compensation & Benefits who will be responsible for defining and implementing the global compensation and benefits strategy. The role involves developing competitive, fair, and performance-based compensation programs, as well as advising senior management and the compensation committee.

Tasks

The position of Head of Compensation & Benefits involves defining and implementing the global compensation and benefits strategy. The role ensures that competitive, fair, and performance-based compensation programs are implemented. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring Global Governance
  • Management of the annual compensation cycle
  • Advising senior management, the Executive Board, and the Remuneration Committee
  • Business Owner for Workday HRIS Modules in the Compensation and Benefits Division
  • Strategic Role in HR Digitalization and Process Optimization
