Vontobel is seeking a Head of Compensation & Benefits who will be responsible for defining and implementing the global compensation and benefits strategy. The role involves developing competitive, fair, and performance-based compensation programs, as well as advising senior management and the compensation committee.

Tasks

The position of Head of Compensation & Benefits involves defining and implementing the global compensation and benefits strategy. The role ensures that competitive, fair, and performance-based compensation programs are implemented, oversees global governance, leads the annual compensation cycle, and serves as a key advisor to senior management, the Executive Board, and the Compensation Committee. In addition, the position serves as the business owner for Workday HRIS modules in the area of compensation and plays a strategic role in HR digitalization and process optimization.
