Head Compliance Risk & Control (f/m/d)

Your tasks

• Managing the compliance control landscape and independent testing and assurance activities
• Oversee the bank-wide processes for the management of conflicts of interest, gifts and invitations
• Ongoing further development and expansion of content, organization, processes and systems as well as coordination in the areas of compliance risk management and ICS
• Interface and coordination regarding ICS and Risk Management within Legal & Compliance and with other stakeholders from Business Risk Management, Risk, Audit etc.
• Representing compliance interests in risk-related initiatives, forums and committees
• Preparing and supporting audits by internal or external auditors or supervisory authorities

Your profile

• University degree in law or economics
• Several years of professional experience in the financial sector, including at least 5 years in compliance, risk or control functions
• Proven experience in the implementation and/or support of a risk/control framework and in project management
• Strong analytical skills and a quick grasp of things
• High resilience, structured thinking and very good communication skills
• Efficient way of working and enjoy challenges
• German as mother tongue or good knowledge of English
