Overview

• Position: Head COO Asia Business Management
• Location: Singapore
• Working hours: Full-time

Tasks

• Client Management (Internal)
  • Deliver strategic/regional projects for COO Asia to support business growth in the region
  • As Singapore TPRM and Outsourcing Coordinator: maintain outsourcing register, manage risks of B2J Singapore's TPRM and outsourcing arrangements and ensure compliance with local policies and regulations
  • Lead COO culture and values program within the COO area and work with headquarters to ensure alignment with appropriate global programs
• Business Management
  • Prepare management reports for global, regional and local management committees involving COO Asia
  • Manage financial and personnel budget for COO Asia and ensure cost discipline in the department
  • Adapt and maintain COO Asia policies to ensure compliance with local regulations and support COO Asia in the implementation of policies
  • Manage COO Asia's change-the-bank budget, ensure costs are within target
  • Track open audit items, ensure follow-up and timely closure
  • Lead cross-divisional initiatives to recommend and deliver solutions that promote business growth and frontline efficiency, risk and control compliance
• Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management
  • Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviors, including but not limited to standards of honesty and integrity, reasonable care and diligence, fair treatment (fair treatment of clients), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, appropriate risk management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• Director or Executive Director
• Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and maintain positive working relationships across different departments
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
