Overview

Permanent position (inter-company) - immediately or by arrangement - independent work

Tasks

• Professional and personal management of the unit in accordance with the management principles and processes of Migros Bank
• Preparation and implementation of a rolling multi-year plan for the forward-looking further development of the loan portfolio, including reporting to the Executive Board and Board of Directors

Profile

Language skills

• German (business fluent)
• French (an advantage)
• Italian (an advantage)
• English (very good knowledge)

Training and experience

• Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)
• Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Natural Sciences
• 10 years, of which at least 4 years in credit portfolio management Credit Risk in the banking industry, of which at least 4 years in a

Skills and knowledge

• Strong expertise in all areas of modern credit risk management (e.g. credit portfolio management) and comprehensive knowledge of (best practice) techniques, methods and processes
• Comprehensive knowledge of the requirements of the supervisory authorities and the ability to implement them effectively while optimizing the overall risk structure of the lending business
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and conceptual skills
