Tasks

• Technical and personal management of the unit in accordance with the specialist departments and processes of Migros Bank
• Creation and implementation of sustainable credit risk management for the forward-looking development of risk-bearing capacity, involving senior management and administration
• Very close cooperation with sales, the risk and legal departments, senior management, and the executive board
• Active coordination and management of credit risks in relevant interest groups—both internal and external to the bank

Requirements

• 10 years, including at least 4 years in the credit risk or controlling department or in a specialist department, ideally 6 years in credit risk in banks, including 1 year in a management position
• Completed degree (BSc/ETH, MSc, HFP)
• Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Natural Sciences, Law
• German (business fluent)
• French (in preparation)
• Italian (in preparation)
• English (good knowledge)
• Extensive expertise in all areas of modern credit risk management (credit analysis, rating and scoring systems) and comprehensive knowledge of best practice techniques, methods, and processes
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and the ability to implement them effectively, taking into account credit business aspects
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and conceptual skills paired with a sophisticated, reason-driven mindset
