Tasks

• Technical and personal management of the risk unit in accordance with the specialist departments and processes of Migros Bank
• Creation and implementation of a comprehensive credit risk concept for the forward-looking development of credit risk management cooperation with the business units and administration
• Very close cooperation with sales, risk and accounting departments, as well as with internal and external stakeholders
• Active coordination and representation of credit risks in relevant interest groups within and outside the bank
• Extensive expertise in all areas of a comprehensive risk management system (including method development) and comprehensive knowledge of best practice techniques, methods, and processes
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and the ability to implement them effectively, taking into account credit-related business processes
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and conceptual skills paired with a sophisticated networked mindset

Profile

• 10 years, including at least 4 years in the credit risk department (including credit risk in the banking environment), including 1 year in a specialist department
• Completed degree (BSc/MA, HF, PhP)
• Business administration, banking and finance, economics, or related fields
• German (business fluent)
• French (in preparation)
• Italian (in preparation)
• English (good knowledge)
