Tasks

• Professional and personal management of the unit in accordance with the management principles and processes
• Establishment and implementation of a rolling multi-year portfolio for the forward-looking further development of the loan portfolio, including an accompanying structure for the attention of the Executive Board and Board of Directors
• Strong expertise in all areas of modern credit risk management (incl. credit portfolio management) and comprehensive knowledge of (best practice) techniques, methods and processes
• Comprehensive knowledge of the requirements of the supervisory authorities and the ability to implement them effectively while optimizing the overall risk structure of the credit business
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and conceptual skills

Profile

• German (business fluent)
• French (an advantage)
• Italian (an advantage)
• English (very good knowledge)
• Completed studies (UWI/ETH, BLF, HF)
• Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Natural Sciences
• 10 years, of which at least 4 years in credit portfolio management
• Credit Risk in the banking sector, of which at least 4 years in a Risk
