Your challenge

• As the head of the Fund Client & Services business unit, you will shape the strategic development and maintenance of new sales channels with entrepreneurial vision and a spirit of innovation.
• At the same time, you will help to support the management of VP Bank Group.
• You ensure that business operations run smoothly at the highest level.
• You control the budget targets for your areas and ensure with a sharp hand.

• You question the status quo, continuously analyze our services, standards and processes and compare yourself with international competitors in order to always be one step ahead.

• You act as a representative of VP Fund Solutions and assume the official role as a member of the management in both the internal and external environment.

Your profile

• Degree in law, economics or a related field and several years of professional experience in the fund business.
• Management experience and/or completed further training in management or leadership would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of structuring, NAV production, investment strategies and decisions, risk management of investment funds.
• Strong analytical/strategic thinking paired with consulting skills, hands-on mentality and high methodological competence for analysis and coordination.
• Open-minded, fine feeling in the network, service orientation, systematic and structured way of working, no difficulties as well as sovereign and above-average audits.
• High level of social competence, ability to provide support and talent for promoting and recruiting employees.
• A high school diploma and business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
