Your challenge

• As the head of the Fund Client Services & Services business unit, you will use your entrepreneurial vision and innovative spirit to shape the strategic development and cultivation of new distribution channels outside VP Bank Group.
• At the same time, you will play an active role in shaping the operational investment of funds for and the future of VP Fund Solutions.
• For you, customer relationships are more than just contacts - you see them as sustainable and ensure close relationships at the highest level.
• You manage the budget targets for your areas and ensure success with a steady hand.
• You lead the way as an inspiring leader and challenge your employees in their personal and professional development.
• You question the status quo, continuously analyze our services, standards and processes and compare them with international competitors in order to always be one step ahead.
• Strategy is not just a buzzword for you, but a lived practice: you help develop it, implement it and ensure that our business strategy is successfully implemented in the market.
• Innovation is in your blood: you are responsible for innovation management, identify global projects and lead them to success with passion and determination.
• You act as a representative of VP Fund Solutions, assume responsibility as a member of the Executive Board and represent the official perception both internally and externally.

Requirements

• Degree in law, economics or a related field and several years of professional experience in the fund business.
• Management experience and/or completed further training in management or leadership would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of structuring, NAV production, investment strategies and decisions, risk assessment of investment funds.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking paired with consulting skills, hands-on mentality and high methodological competence for handling tasks.
• Open-minded, network-oriented, service-oriented, systematic and structured way of working, high sociability as well as a confident and convincing manner of expression.
• High level of social competence, ability to provide support and talent for promoting and recruiting employees.
• Willingness to travel and business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
