Your challenge

• As the head of the Fund Client & Services business unit, you will use your entrepreneurial vision and innovative spirit to shape the strategic development and cultivation of new sales channels outside VP Bank Group. At the same time, you will be responsible for shaping the operational infrastructure for and the future of VP Fund Solutions.
• Customer relationships and for you more than just contacts - you are substantial, maintain them sustainably and ensure close, solution-oriented cooperation at the highest level.
• You manage the budget targets for your areas and ensure that they are met with a steady hand.

• You question the status quo, consistently analyze our services, standards and processes and compare them with international competitors in order to be one step ahead wherever possible.

Requirements

• Completed studies in law, economics or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in the fund business.
• Management experience and/or completed further training in management or leadership.
• Knowledge of structuring, NAV production, investment strategies and decisions, risk controlling of investment funds and the regulatory framework for investment funds.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking paired with industry knowledge, hands-on mentality and high solution and adaptation skills.
• Openness, pleasure in networking, service orientation, systematic and structured way of working.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to provide support and talent for managing and hiring employees.
• Respectful and business fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
