Your challenge

• As the head of the Fund Client & Services business unit, you will use your entrepreneurial vision and innovative spirit to shape the strategic development and cultivation of new distribution channels outside VP Bank Group. At the same time, you will contribute to shaping the operational responsibility for and with the future of VP Fund Solutions alone.
• For you, customer relationships are more than just contacts - you are always on the lookout for resource-saving solutions, maintain them sustainably and ensure smooth business transactions at the highest level.
• You manage the budget targets for your areas and ensure that they are met with a steady hand.
• You lead the way as an inspiring leader and challenge your employees in their personal development.
• You question the status quo, constructively analyze our services, standards and processes and compare them with international competitors in order to be one step ahead wherever possible.
• Strategy is not just a buzzword for you, but a lived practice: you help to create it, place it in the context of our business model and ensure that the strategy is implemented in a targeted manner.
• Innovation is in your blood: you are responsible for innovation management, identify global projects and lead them to success with passion and determination.
• You act as a representative of VP Fund Solutions, assume management responsibility in internal and external committees and ensure that you are officially recognized as a member.
