Your challenge

• As the head of the Fund Client Services & Solutions business unit, you will shape the strategic development and cultivation of new distribution channels outside VP Bank Group with entrepreneurial vision and a spirit of innovation. At the same time, you are responsible for shaping the minimum operational requirements for and the future of VP Fund Solutions as part of the Executive Board.

• You act as a representative of VP Fund Solutions, assume the official role as a member of the Executive Board and manage both internal and external communications.

Your profile

• Completed studies in law, economics or a related field as well as several years of professional experience in the fund business
• Management experience and/or completed further training in management or leadership is an advantage
• Knowledge of structuring, NAV production, investment strategies and decisions, risk assessment of investment funds and the regulatory framework for investment funds
• Strong analytical-strategic thinking paired with consulting skills, hands-on mentality and high analytical and abstraction skills
• Open-minded, fine feeling in the network; service orientation; systematic and structured way of working, fine manners as well as confident and convincing way of expression
• High level of social skills; ability to accompany and talent for promoting and hiring employees
• Mature professional experience and business fluent in written and spoken German and English
