Head IT Client Channels (f/m/d) 80% -100% | IT / Business Engineering | Zurich | Professional experience with budget responsibility, professional experience with personnel responsibility

Tasks

• Advising our stakeholders on IT requirements and ensuring optimal support for business processes
• Responsibility for the operation and further development of our applications and technologies in the areas of Client Channels
• Preliminary and strategic planning of skills and competencies with a clear focus on the product and technology roadmap
• Personnel, financial and technical management of five team leaders and a team of around 100 employees

Requirements

• Completed studies (Master's or similar) in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education and several years of management experience in the financial industry
• In-depth IT knowledge and expertise in modern development technologies and methods, including software development for mobile devices
• Several years of practical experience in the financial sector, preferably in the areas of client channels and digital banking solutions
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and the ability to convey complex issues in an understandable way
• Solution-oriented mindset and enjoy working with different stakeholders
• Agile mindset, high motivation and a pronounced service orientation
