Tasks
- Act as a sparring partner for the management team
- Successfully managing the areas of branding & marketing and corporate communications
- Setting innovative trends
- Taking Migros Bank's image to the next level – both internally and externally
Requirements
- At least 15 years of industry experience
- Master's degree (university, university of applied sciences) in marketing, journalism, communication sciences, or media informatics
- German (business fluent), French and Italian (an advantage)
- Many years of management experience in marketing and corporate communications, ideally in banking
- Proven success in strategic marketing and reputation management
- Excellent strategic and entrepreneurial thinking at management level
- Planning expertise and deep understanding of the financial industry
- Outstanding storytelling skills
