Tasks

- The position as executive/policy advisor acts as a sparring partner for the management.
- Successfully manage the areas of branding & marketing and corporate communications.
- Set innovative trends and raise awareness of Migros Bank—both internally and externally—to the next level.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of industry experience is essential.
- Master's degree (university, university of applied sciences)
- Marketing, journalism, communication studies, media informatics
- German (business fluent)
- French (an advantage)
- Italian (an advantage)
Profile
- Extensive management experience in marketing and corporate communications, ideally in banking, as well as proven success in strategic marketing and reputation management
- Excellent strategic and entrepreneurial thinking at the business level, as well as planning skills and a deep understanding of the financial industry
- Outstanding storytelling skills to translate strategy and complex technical content into compelling communication
