Tasks

• Refining and executing growth strategy for a substantial, market-leading offering through strategic and business development initiatives
• Strategic and operational planning processes in partnership with other executives
• Identifying and developing relationships with customers and other third parties, and engaging C-level targets
• Definition of the development roadmap for the Alternative Investment Services and Private Markets program
• Monitoring the entire application deployment lifecycle (including testing, deployment, and L4 support)
• Partner with the company's leadership team to support planned solutions and customer onboarding
• Implementation of the application modernization strategy for transforming legacy applications into modern, scalable cloud-based solutions
• Build strong relationships with product and operations to understand business needs and deliver technology solutions
• Communicating with stakeholders about technology strategies and program status
• Establishing talent development strategies and promoting a culture of innovation and accountability

Requirements

Skills

• Deep expertise and proven success in leading and delivering enterprise-wide application development, tools, and technologies
• Experience in the financial services industry in the area of alternative investment services and private markets
• Proven experience in aligning technology solutions with complex business strategies and initiatives
• Experience leading multifunctional application transformation projects that deliver measurable results and business value, including risk reduction, resilience, simplicity, and reduced cost of ownership
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to achieve alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally

Education and preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in application development with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
• Ability to lead a large team globally

• Salary range: $225,000 - $337,500 per year
