As Head of Application Service Providing (ASP), you will assume management and profit responsibility for the operation and further development of business platforms and manage your department as an independent business unit. Your role is a central component of the IT management structure with responsibility for stability, quality, profitability and structural development.

- Management and development of the Application Service Providing department consisting of the Application Management and Solution Engineering teams
- Ensuring the stable and SLA-compliant operation of all productive applications (incl. incident, change, release, problem and lifecycle management)
- Strategic further development of the department (standardization, automation, consolidation) in line with the IT strategy
- Responsibility for internal projects (e.g. releases, migrations, technical renewals) and implementation of customer, audit or regulatory requirements relevant to the division
- Definition, monitoring and analysis of KPIs as well as derivation and implementation of concrete improvement measures
- Management of external partners, providers and software suppliers
- Responsible for internal and external audits in the ASP area (incl. implementation of findings)
- Active participation in the IT management team, with cross-divisional responsibility and close cooperation with Infrastructure Service Providing, Data & Integration Services and Service & Project Delivery
Your profile
- Higher education (FH, HF, Uni) in business informatics, computer science or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of management and control experience in an application or platform environment (ideally in a regulated environment and a managed service provider)
- Sound knowledge of ITIL, service processes, application architectures
- Experience in the implementation of complex projects and releases during ongoing operations
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high level of personal responsibility, structured leadership personality with a clear commitment to quality and impact
