Head of Business Development | Asset Management

Your profile

• University degree (business administration, economics, finance, or similar)
• Several years of experience in asset management, strategy consulting, or a comparable role in the financial sector
• A very good understanding of the asset management value chain and the regulatory framework
• Experience in managing complex projects/programs
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, a strong aptitude for numbers, and experience working with quantitative data
• A high degree of initiative, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Strong interpersonal skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with senior stakeholders
