Job description: Head of Business Transformation

Tasks

• Management of the COO project portfolio: Supervision and implementation of high-impact projects in the COO area
• Drive enterprise-wide scalability: Develop and execute Sygnum's transformation roadmap, including initiatives in AI, RPA, data management and process optimization
• Champion for AI innovation: leading and streamlining AI initiatives across the organization, working closely with the Head of Data Analytics
• Support for the COO: Strategic and operational support for ad hoc initiatives
• Leadership and inspiration: leading and mentoring a small, high-performing team of project managers
• Business Continuity Management (BCM): Function as Group BCM Manager (20% of the role), ensuring operational resilience

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in leading complex transformation programs or projects
• 10+ years of professional experience in financial services or management consulting, with in-depth knowledge of banking operations
• Successful implementation of AI-driven initiatives with measurable results
• Ability to navigate and influence technical, operational and executive teams
• Structured thinker and communicator with strong analytical skills
• Fluent in English
• Certification in project or product management
• Knowledge of project management methods in waterfall and agile delivery organizations

Nice to Have

• Experience in BCM and operational resilience
• Familiarity with core banking systems, especially Finnova
• Enthusiasm for digital assets, blockchain and emerging technologies
