Head of Client Selection and Execution

Tasks

• Proposing and designing client lifecycle governance and operating model
• Ensuring full alignment to the Group's People Strategy (BPS) policy and processes, by ensuring adequate Governance, Monitoring Practices, and Value and Risk Assessment, where applicable
• Collaborating with Client Selection and Value and Risk Assessment, to ensure the end-to-end Client and Product related tools at Group level have a robust Client information Quality
• Managing the end-to-end client lifecycle including onboarding and account maintenance
• Implementing all the necessary strategies to ensure end-to-end client due diligence
• Supporting and advising the different Client focused business on the Client lifecycle Governance
• Delivering objectives under an evolving environment
• Efficient interaction with the different stakeholders
• Ability to drive end-to-end decision and effective processes/controls
• Ability to generate analytical recommendations/options
• Educating and maintaining effective working relationships with all stakeholders
