Head of Client Selection and Execution

Tasks

• Head of the Client Selection and Execution Management (CSEM) team
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the guidelines and procedures of the Private Bank Group (SREP)
• Implementation of updated internal policies, compliance monitoring plans and transaction controls
• Daily/ weekly/ monthly monitoring and reporting of transaction information
• Cooperation with other functions such as Treasury, Legal, Dealing and participation in working groups
• Management of the full deal flow team, including monitoring of exceptions and derivation of causes for errors
• Ensuring compliance with internal regulations and guidelines
• Identification, analysis and escalation of operational risks and complaints
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with all stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven change management capability through flexibility and proactivity
• Solid IT skills with the ability to translate business requirements into efficient and scalable solutions
• Technical/functional skills with proven process analysis and problem solving ability
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven influencing and negotiation skills
• Ability to interact with and influence senior managers and relationship partners
