Head of Core Position Management & Client Reporting – Digital Delivery 100% (f/m/d)

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Serve as the senior business delivery lead for core position management within the ART, ensuring alignment among the product, technology, design, data, risk, and business functions
• Define and align the stream's strategic objectives with the digital delivery target landscape, ensuring that the core banking strategy aligns with the future-state architecture vision
• Own and steer the stream's roadmap from start to finish, balancing business priorities, regulatory requirements, technical feasibility, and time-to-value, while aligning priorities with senior leadership from Product and Technology Delivery to serve as a single point of contact for platform planning by stream—a solid foundation on which the platform team can rely
• Ensure a superior client experience by understanding client needs and maintaining a single, end-to-end view of the delivery process, including the relationship with scaling platforms, quality, risk, and business stakeholders
• Drive predictable, high-quality end-to-end delivery by establishing clear decision-making, risk management, and escalation processes across all levels of governance
• Ensure transparent financial and progress reporting to the ART lead, effectively managing the strategic budget and resource allocation to maximize business value
• Present the stream's delivery roadmap to senior governance bodies, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination
• Lead and coach a team of product owners, business analysts, and subject matter experts while upholding the company's core values of innovation and excellence
• Champion the Scrum Framework (SAFe) environment, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

YOUR PROFILE

• Led a cross-functional, distributed team in developing a software delivery platform, with a focus on streamlining processes and eliminating obstacles
• Large-scale transformation programs
• Experience managing distributed teams in a global, multicultural environment, including nearshore and offshore delivery models
• Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to coach teams, resolve technical escalations, and maintain architectural integrity while enabling delivery
• A background in wealth management or related financial services would be beneficial
