Head of the Data Engineering & Analytics Team

Tasks

• Development and Operation of a Central Data Platform
• Development and management of data, analytics, and knowledge related to K-process management, data management, data assets, and data governance
• Comprehensive development for data engineering, data management, data delivery, and end-to-end control of data- and AI-based solutions
• Strategic further development of the AI platform and the AI operating model, including standards, processes, governance, and regulatory and quality assurance
• Management of relevant projects, KPIs, and stakeholders, as well as establishing interfaces with 3 Bank IT and external partners
• Monitoring and evaluating technological developments, as well as organization-wide transfer of expertise and knowledge

Requirements

• A college degree with a focus on engineering, quantitative analysis, or economics, or a comparable qualification
• At least five years of relevant professional experience, as well as familiarity with frameworks (DevOps/MLOps, data architectures)
• In-depth knowledge of data and AI, particularly data engineering, data management, data analytics, data governance, and artificial intelligence
• A strong technical understanding of AI platforms, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and the deployment of solutions into production
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Strategic and business leadership experience (at least 2 years), communication and stakeholder management skills, and a very good command of English
