Head of (Director) S/4Hana Core & Extended HCM
The Senior Director of People & Culture at CIVEO leads the global People team, is responsible for strategic HR transformations as well as operational areas such as compensation and talent management, and reports to the Executive Board.
Tasks
- Lead and provide strategic direction for the People & Culture team, ensuring a balanced approach to strategic and operational priorities.
- Collaborating with executives to promote cultural and workforce transformation, including but not limited to:
- Managing Organizational Design and Change Management
- Management of Talent Management and Succession Planning
- Promoting leadership development and high-potential programs
- Overseeing People & Culture operations from start to finish, including:
- Compensation and Benefits
- Total Rewards
- Learning and Development
- Talent Management
- Manage the People & Culture budget and the income statement, ensuring cost efficiency and effective resource allocation.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives within the People & Culture function, using data and analytics to optimize processes and enhance the employee experience.
- Representation and definition of market attractiveness in terms of total rewards.
- Management of the annual benefits survey and related administrative tasks.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve the employee experience.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in People & Culture, with a strong background in compensation and benefits, total rewards, and organizational design.
- Proven experience in a strategic and leadership role in a similar field, with experience leading large, complex teams.
- Excellent business acumen and a deep understanding of how People & Culture can drive business results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire people at all levels.
- A strategic mindset and a proven track record of driving organizational change and transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for fostering a culture of high performance and a commitment to employee development.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
