HEAD OF FX EXOTICS (ZURICH or SINGAPORE)

About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Forex and precious metals exotic derivatives trader to join our dynamic trading team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Forex and precious metals markets, strong quantitative skills, and a proven track record in executing and managing exotic derivatives risks.

Your tasks

• Managing a portfolio of Forex, precious metals, and exotic derivatives (TARF, PTARF, and similar products) to maximize profitability from client flows and minimize risks
• Ensuring that all market parameters are properly maintained
• Providing responsive and competitive offers to customers, as well as top-quality service for sales and customers, including the development of trading ideas
• Monitoring global economic events, central bank policies, and geopolitical developments that influence the forex markets
• Management and optimization of risk exposure within predefined risk parameters
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal trading policies

Your requirements

• Master's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in trading forex and precious metals exotic derivatives at a financial institution
• Strong understanding of exotic derivative structures, pricing models, and risk management techniques
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
