Job description

Tasks

• Leads the India Technical Services team and is responsible for technical services in India
• Develops and implements technical strategies and solutions to support the Bank's business objectives
• Takes an active role in planning and prioritizing projects and resources
• Develops the business plan for the unit and sets goals and priorities based on the unit's direction
• Monitors and manages the budget for the unit
• Provides leadership and guidance to the team, fosters an environment that encourages employee involvement, teamwork and communication
• Manages various information services products, including network management, operating systems, database systems, office automation, desktop technology, information security, systems development, and publication design
• Determines short and long-term technology needs and develops a strategy for information service products and services
• Understands the business goals and objectives of the bank and modifies products and services to meet those goals
• Interacts frequently with partners in all areas of the bank to identify needs and ensure products and services meet those needs

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in information services
• Knowledge of network management, operating systems, database systems, information technology concepts and publishing techniques
• Leadership and organizational skills to assess and develop the unit's goals, required resources and team capabilities
