CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA, the Swiss subsidiary of the Indosuez Wealth Management Group, is seeking a Head of Internal Audit. As Head of Internal Audit – General Inspection for the Indosuez Wealth Management Group, you will be responsible for the ongoing monitoring of the Group’s effectiveness, rules, and processes. You will report directly to the Group’s Executive Management and Human Resources Department. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Group’s risk management and compliance policies across business lines and support functions. Your responsibilities:

• Define the audit strategy for CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA, its subsidiaries, and its branches, in consultation with the Group and the Board of Directors.
• Implement audited ongoing controls.
• Implement and monitor inspection assignments.
• Prepare inspection and governance reports.
• Ensure the independence and objectivity of the internal audit function within the Group.
• Contribute to the Indosuez Group’s cross-functional initiatives and to the transformation of the Audit business line

Candidate criteria

• Minimum level of education: Bac +5 / M2 and above
• Education / Specialization:
  • Residency in Switzerland is required.
  • Master's Degree in Auditing and Financial Control.
  • Excellent understanding of the Swiss regulatory environment and group procedures.
  • Knowledge of Indosuez Group’s internal controls regarding compliance and risk management, as well as its claims management and processing procedures.
  • Knowledge of the tools and products used to manage the risks associated with the bank’s operations, both for clients and for the bank itself.
  • Knowledge of professional auditing standards.
• Minimum experience required: 11 years or more of auditing experience in the banking/financial sector.
• Relevant experience in private banking or wealth management is highly valued.
• Proven experience in team management and working with senior leadership.
